Anhui Jinma Electric Technology Co., Ltd. 2021 Annual Summary & Awards Ceremony and 2022 Spring Festival Gala Grandly Held

As a new cycle begins and all things renew, on the afternoon of December 31, 2021, Anhui Jinma Electric Technology Co., Ltd. grandly held its 2021 Annual Summary & Awards Ceremony and 2022 Spring Festival Gala in the company cafeteria. Centered around the theme "Transcending Ourselves to Become Outstanding Jinma Members, Advancing Together to Be Top-Tier Electrical Professionals", all colleagues gathered together to review 2021 and look ahead to 2022.

The event was hosted by Hu Fangfang and Kang Jinxin from the Administration & HR Department. Following the solemn national anthem ceremony, the first segment commenced—the 2021 Annual Work Summary Reports. Presentations were delivered by the heads of the company's Sales, Production, and Finance departments, as well as the Executive Vice President, each summarizing their respective 2021 achievements.

Chairman Wang Junshen then delivered the company's comprehensive report, highlighting 2021 accomplishments in production output, workplace safety, and employee benefits. He also outlined 2022 work plans and objectives, emphasizing that all shortcomings and required improvements identified in 2021 must be fully addressed without compromise in the new year.

"The end of 2021 has laid a solid foundation for 2022. How we seize this opportunity will be a critical test for every Jinma member. Yet we are confident that through relentless effort, diligent work, and united collaboration, we will undoubtedly deliver outstanding results."

  After Chairman Wang finished his speech, the meeting proceeded to the second item: the 2021 Annual Commendation Conference. A total of 7 awards were established at this commendation conference, including Best Newcomer, Outstanding Employee, Outstanding Manager, and Outstanding Collective, to recognize employees and teams that performed excellently in their work in 2021. On-site, the Chairman, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Production and Technology respectively presented honorary certificates and bonuses to the awardees and took group photos with them.

  At the subsequent 2022 Spring Festival Gala and staff dinner, everyone gathered together amid laughter and cheerful voices. Luo Zhengkai and Yu Jiang from the Sales Department, as well as the Zhang Jie and Zhang Fan brothers from the Complete Sets Workshop, respectively brought beautiful songs to the audience. Additionally, the daughter of Wu Manman and Chen Xiaoqing from the Business Department actively took the stage to perform a dance program. Everyone sat together, enjoying the performances, savoring delicious food, sharing the hardships of the past year's work, and looking forward to a bright new year.
